Clean Is Clean
You don't hire a dental hygienist to clean parts of your mouth, and the same should be true about cleaning your HVAC system. We scrub the whole thing, top to bottom.
No Hidden Fees
There’s no reason for duct cleaning prices to be a mystery or for the price to increase after showing up.
We don't cut corners, we clean them-A lot of duct cleaners skip entire sections of your HVAC system, whereas we thoroughly and methodically scrub the every part.
We clean 100% of the covers, boots, ducts, trunks, and your furnace.
We shut down and seal off your furnace, ensuring that no dust or debris is pulled through the appliance.
Pro tip: As you shop around, keep an eye out for duct cleaners that advertise with a picture of a filthy furnace filter that has huge gobs of debris on it, it means they take MAJOR shortcuts in their process.
Our truck mounted, 17HP 30 gallon, 40 CFM @ 175 PSI air compressors move a lot of air. And our trucks are filled to the brim with different types of viper whips, rotary brushes, skipperballs and microlines that connect to it.
We have both truck mounted vacuums and portable equipment for tackling any project.
Trust, quality, & value is important to us and our customers know we deliver every time.

Our Cleaning Services
Residential Air Duct Cleaning
HepaVac's HEPA Air Scrubbers clean the air in your home while we clean the ducts. We clean your entire HVAC system top to bottom-ducts, trunks, and air handler (furnace). Our process is incredibly thorough, no steps are skipped or overlooked.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer vents are a leading cause of household fires. They should be cleaned at least every 1-2 years. Heavily used or long dryer vents should be cleaned annually.
Commercial Air Systems Cleaning
We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to tackle a cleaning project in your facility.
Transparency is important to us so we answer your questions right away.
The only “hazard” you need to worry about while we work is noise from our compressed air tools and HEPA Air Scrubbers. Some people choose to stay home; some people go to work; some people run errands…whatever works best for you works for us. All we ask is that someone familiar with the house is available by phone if any questions come up.
We are a cleaning company, first and foremost. Our mission is to remove as much dust and airborne pollutants from your home as possible. Our goal is for your home to be as clean or cleaner when we leave than when we arrived. Ideally, the only evidence that we were even in your home is relief from your dust allergy symptoms.
We are very used to our customers working from home. Typically what works best is for you to stay in your office with the door closed, and at some point, when you are on a break for 15-30 minutes, we can come in and finish that room. Please note that we use compressed air and brushes and whips to scrub your ducts out, so it is loud, but there is usually minimal disturbance behind a closed door. When in doubt, we do offer Saturday appointments.
Our process takes time, and we have a firm limit of up to 2 homes per day, per technician. While this means that it might take longer for you to get an appointment with us, it also means that we take the time to get everything done properly. Appointments typically take 3-4 hours.
Meeting the pets is a highlight of our job! If your pets are friendly, there is no reason to board them or kennel them. That being said, many pets, especially cats, can get stressed by the noise. Many pet owners choose to leave their pets in a bedroom and move them to a different room when it is time for us to clean that room.
We always have masks available for our staff and if you’d like us to wear a mask in your home please don’t feel shy to ask. If someone in your home is immunocompromised or needs special accommodations please let us know when scheduling so we can plan accordingly. We always wear shoe covers.
We are here to help you and address your questions so you can make the best decision for your home or business.
