Residential Duct Cleaning Services
We believe in being 100% open and honest about our pricing and cleaning process so you can make an informed decision. Questions are encouraged.
We Clean Your Entire HVAC System
Our process is incredibly thorough. We scrub every inch of your HVAC system top to bottom, including the covers, ducts, trunks and furnace. No steps are skipped, no detail overlooked.
HepaVac's Air Scrubbers Clean the Air While We Clean the Ducts
We are fully invested in improving the indoor air quality in your home. HepaVac's powerful Air Scrubbers use TRUE HEPA filters to remove 99.97% of airborne pollutants down to 0.3 microns.
We stress over every single detail so you don't have to. But nobody is perfect. If you have any issues or concerns after we perform our service in your home, we will not ignore you or leave your hanging. 100% of our work is backed up by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
Furnaces in Minnesota work hard and get dirty. A dirty furnace is prone to break down and recontaminate clean ducts. We always include a thorough cleaning and inspection of your HVAC appliance with our duct cleaning service at no additional cost.
Transparency is important to us so we answer your questions right away.
The only “hazard” you need to worry about while we work is noise from our compressed air tools and HEPA Air Scrubbers. Some people choose to stay home; some people go to work; some people run errands…whatever works best for you works for us. All we ask is that someone familiar with the house is available by phone if any questions come up.
We are a cleaning company, first and foremost. Our mission is to remove as much dust and airborne pollutants from your home as possible. Our goal is for your home to be as clean or cleaner when we leave than when we arrived. Ideally, the only evidence that we were even in your home is relief from your dust allergy symptoms.
We are very used to our customers working from home. Typically what works best is for you to stay in your office with the door closed, and at some point, when you are on a break for 15-30 minutes, we can come in and finish that room. Please note that we use compressed air and brushes and whips to scrub your ducts out, so it is loud, but there is usually minimal disturbance behind a closed door. When in doubt, we do offer Saturday appointments.
Our process takes time, and we have a firm limit of up to 2 homes per day, per technician. While this means that it might take longer for you to get an appointment with us, it also means that we take the time to get everything done properly. Appointments typically take 3-4 hours.
Meeting the pets is a highlight of our job! If your pets are friendly, there is no reason to board them or kennel them. That being said, many pets, especially cats, can get stressed by the noise. Many pet owners choose to leave their pets in a bedroom and move them to a different room when it is time for us to clean that room.
We always have masks available for our staff and if you’d like us to wear a mask in your home please don’t feel shy to ask. If someone in your home is immunocompromised or needs special accommodations please let us know when scheduling so we can plan accordingly. We always wear shoe covers.
We are here to help you and address your questions so you can make the best decision for your home or business.
Common Reason To Consider Getting Your HVAC System Cleaned
When should you have your ducts cleaned? Here are some common reasons:
Recently purchased new home? Congrats! Hire us to get all the old owner's "stuff" out of there, and let us teach you how to maintain your new home's HVAC system.
Renovations to the home? Refinished flooring? If you recently had construction work done in your home and aren't sure if your ducts need to be cleaned, go check your furnace filter. Not convinced? Pull the furnace compartment doors off and look at how dirty the furnace parts are.
Ducts should be cleaned every 3-5 years on average.
Allergies acting up? Have pets? House feels stuffy? Indoor air feels "heavy"?
Too much household dust? Dirty ducts can redistribute dust throughout your home.
Quality Work Starts With A Great Team & Culture
We believe that employees do their best work when they are thriving in their lives outside of work. We encourage our staff to take regular paid days off so they can stay sharp and healthy for you, to take paid vacations so they can relax and unwind, and provide health insurance for them and their families.
Best Trained Staff
Experience makes all the difference in the world when it comes to HVAC cleaning. It typically takes four months to graduate from HepaVac's Air Systems Cleaning Program, and we cover 100% of the costs for continued education training classes or conferences offered by NADCA.
No Commission Based Pay
Not paid by commission; therefore not trying to upsell you for monetary motivations. As a business, we want the best for you, which means we want the best for our team. We offer excellent salaries and benefits, so our team stays longer and will continue to bring their vast experience to your home.
